Sud Plaisance

My Girlfriend and I rented a zodiac for half a day and I cannot thank enough the team from Sud Plaisance for their professionalism and willingness to make our vacation as good as they could be. Indeed, we came the first day but everything was rented so the Boat manager indicated us another other renting place and even took the time to explain us the directions. We tried our luck but nothing was sure, so we came back to them and decided to rent it for the next day. One of their host/manager welcomed us into her office and took care of our booking with lot of enthusiasm and care. She made sure we had the proper insurance, some extra docking time and really facilitated the experience for us. We came the next day and our booking was set, 15 min later, we were called and 6 min after we were getting our instructions to get out of the harbor. The zodiac could have been a tiny bit more inflated and the could have had some more kick in the belly but we made it to the calanques !! What I will remember ---> Smiling staffs, great customers service, and an excellent experience overall !

In the top. We rented a Zodiac and surprise we were upgraded to a larger rigid boat for the same price. Thank you to the staff who do their job with passion and seriousness. The equipment is in perfect condition, close to new. The store is ideally located where parking is easy and nearby. Quick and easy launching. The walk in the Calanques is an exception. Finally a warm and friendly thank you to Brahim.

Being a regular I am surprised by the change in quality of service - steering problem someone had to come and give us oil = 30 minutes lost, this could have had serious consequences, our safety is at stake! -at lunch time the table was missing, there was only the foot -the bag containing the life jackets does not open -if I don't ask for the sounder I leave without - tank key missing Not to mention the condition of the boat... Chaotic day I am disappointed with the performance!

These people rent you a boat with a faulty steering wheel that veers to the right, but refuses to go back to the left. With them added to your boat insurance it could cost you at least the deductible. This boat has been in this condition for perhaps 1 month or more and no repair work has been done. They are probably waiting for your accident to bill you for it. To the wise, your troubles will be resolved.
